Warning message "WARN Unable to find an Attribute length for : business_unit_id or supervisor" logging after installation of RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.0.1 P03/04

Issue
After installation of 7.0.1 P03/04, the following warnings keep popping up in the aveksaServer.log every time IDC collections are run:
08/30/2017 11:53:07.546 WARN (Exec Task Consumer#1) [com.aveksa.server.utils.MetadataFileStructureConstants] Unable to find an Attribute length for : business_unit_id 08/30/2017 11:53:07.553 WARN (Exec Task Consumer#1) [com.aveksa.server.utils.MetadataFileStructureConstants] Unable to find an Attribute length for : supervisor
The message "Unable to find an Attribute length for" may also mention other attributes besides business_unit_id and supervisor.
The problem also exists in 7.0.2 P01 and above.
