Issue
When checking reviews, it can sometimes be desirable for the result set to include a more detailed description than an object instance name would normally provide.  This is of particular value when a large number of object instances are used.  An example may be a Supervisor that has to review the appropriate level of access for his/her subordinates and would benefit from being able to see a description of a role.

In the example below, the role 'JL1' has a long and short description.

 
The descriptions are not included in the review results by default but can be added by selecting the appropriate table option.  The list of table options to choose from may be considerable and it may not be obvious which of these should be used to include descriptions fields.

Resolution
This how-to guide illustrates the steps required to show descriptions data in review results. 
  1. The table option Entitlement Description must be selected to include descriptions of any type in review results.
