Resolution
- Open an SSH session using a SSH client such as PuTTy to the Linux machine where the RSA PAM agent is installed.
- Login as the root user and enter the password:
login as: root Using keyboard-interactive authentication. Password: <enter root password>
- Change directory to /opt/pam/lib/64bit/:
cd /opt/pam/lib/64bit/
- Run the following command to obtain the version number of the RSA installed PAM agent. Sample output is included.
strings pam_securid.so | grep "Agent"
