In the following example, a Custom Value called Acc_CF100 is created with a list of three acceptable values to choose from when populating a custom Account Attribute called Acc-CF1.
- In the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle user interface, go to Admin tab > Attributes > Custom Values > New Value List.
- Under Value List Name enter a name for the Custom Value definition.
- Choose the Value Type (String, Object, or Integer.)
- Under Allow Values choose Only from the list or Any.
- Enter the pre-defined value or values in the Display and Value boxes. Click Add.for each one > OK.
- Go to Admin > Attributes > Edit
Existing and new custom attributes will have a drop-down menu of Custom Value Lists available in the Custom Value column. Choose the Custom Value List just created.
- Go to the Users > Users > {User name} > Access tab and click on the Entitlement name of the entitlement with the Account attribute to be edited. Click Edit.
- Note the custom Account Attribute Acc_CF1 is available for editing with one of the three custom values defined in the Custom List Value Acc_CF100.
