Issue
Audit Records only showing one day of data, although the IMG server has been running for more than 6 months!

 
Resolution
The reason the Audit Records are showing only one day of data is because the "Delete Audit records older than" is set to one day!
Log in to IMG UI and go to  Admin>System>Settings  Tab>Edit then Scroll down to Audit Logging. Under Audit Logging Change the "Delete Audit records older than" setting to the number of days you want (By default it is set to 90 days). Save and OK.
