Issue
When signing off changes in account reviews, there have been reported inconsistent behaviors between changes that were selected individually, and changes that were applied in bulk. Bulk applied changes are not appropriately updating the nested sub-tables in the review, and may result in items not being reviewed.
Resolution
This issue has been reproduced in house and currently being investigated by the Engineering team in order to resolve in a future release.
