Issue
An installation or upgrade of RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle becomes stuck in a loop with the following message repeated on the screen:

-bash: /home/oracle/install/latestcvhome/bin/cluvfy: No such file or directory
Running cluvfy again to check environment after fixup
-bash: /home/oracle/install/latestcvhome/bin/cluvfy:
No such file or directory Running cluvfy again to check environment after fixup

The aveksa-install.log will contain:

Installing Oracle.12.1.0.2.0 ...

Time server configuration file, /etc/ntp.conf does not exist...skipped
Expand the Oracle Installers...
Check the System Configuration...
Running cluvfy again to check environment after fixup

It appears briefly, but if you have enough console buffer to hold previous messages, you can find the following message on the screen:

Expand the Oracle Installers...
Check the System Configuration...
unzip: cannot find or open /tmp/aveksa/packages/cvupack_Linux_x86_64.zip, /tmp/aveksa/packages/cvupack_Linux_x86_64.zip.zip or /tmp/aveksa/packages/cvupack_Linux_x86_64.zip.ZIP.
-bash: /home/oracle/install/latestcvhome/bin/cluvfy: No such file or directory
Running cluvfy again to check environment after fixup
Cause
The required cvupack_Linux_x86_64.zip is missing from the /tmp/aveksa/package directory.
Resolution
Make sure that cvupack_Linux_x86_64.zip is available under the /tmp/aveksa/package directory and rerun the install or upgrade script.
