Overview
In the May release of IDR 12.25.0.0.9, an issue may affect customers using the Identity Router (IDR) SSO Portal with access policies that include conditional rules based on Identity Confidence. Due to this issue, Identity Confidence information may not be processed correctly during authentication through the IDR SSO Portal. As a result, conditional rules that rely on Identity Confidence may not be evaluated as expected in certain scenarios.
Existing customers may not observe any immediate impact to authentication or access. However, accurate Identity Confidence information remains important to ensure consistent policy evaluation and enforcement.
Customers who are not using the Risk AI and Identity Confidence feature or the IDR SSO Portal are not affected by this issue.
Resolution
The latest IDR release version 12.25.0.0.10 resolves this issue and is available in all the regions. Affected customers running 12.25.0.0.9 must upgrade to the latest version 12.25.0.0.10 at the earliest opportunity.
Note: If the Identity Router is already running version 12.25.0.0.9, the Identity Router status in the Cloud Administration Console does not show Update Available.
Customers must upgrade the Identity Router by following the instructions in Update Identity Router Software.
