We are currently experiencing issues with downloading embedded identity router (IDR) images due to certificate path verification errors. As a result, RSA Authentication Manager servers connecting to most RSA Cloud regions are unable to download new embedded IDR images. This prevents the replacement or installation of new embedded IDRs.Attention
The upcoming AM 8.7 SP2 Patch 4 release, scheduled for August, will include updated certificates that will be applied to the Authentication Manager by default upon upgrade.If you need to install or replace an embedded IDR in Authentication Manager before the patch is available, please contact RSA Customer Support for instructions on updating Authentication Manager’s certificate.
