Issue
When troubleshooting ACM issues that relate to the database such as system outages or performance slowness, the Oracle AWR is one of the components which will aid in the investigation. The Oracle AWR gives many important values and information on the database, several of which will be described in the attached document.
Resolution
These reports are used to help determine possible causes of RSA Via L&G application performance issues, particularly from the Oracle database perspective.
