Log Artifact is missing aveksaserver.log and most other log files in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
When attempting to create a Log Artifact file (Admin > Diagnostics tab > Log Artifact tab), the file is missing the following log files:

/home/oracle/wildfly/standalone/log/stdout.log
/home/oracle/wildfly/standalone/log/server.log
/home/oracle/wildfly/standalone/log/WorkPoint.log
/home/oracle/wildfly/standalone/log/log-migrate.log
/home/oracle/AFX/esb/logs/esb.AFX-PREINIT.log
/home/oracle/AFX/esb/logs/mule-domain-default.log
/home/oracle/AFX/esb/logs/mule_ee.log
/home/oracle/AFX/esb/logs/esb.AFX-TEST.log
/home/oracle/AFX/esb/logs/esb.AFX-MAIN.log

Cause
This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-106922.

The following versions and patch levels are affected:
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P09
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.0 P03

 
Resolution
This issue is being investigated by the Engineering team in order to provide a permanent resolution in a future release. 
 
Workaround
Collect the log files manually from the file system or download from the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle user interface (Admin > System > Server Nodes tab > under Logs.)
