Issue
etc. to present review data in a specific way, for example, for reviewers of a specific department or business source.
Tasks
This can be accomplished by adding new 'view' tabs to the review.
The documentation for this can be found by searching for " Create and Manage Custom Display Views " in the UI under the help button.
Resolution
On the left side of the screen, you will see columns that are available to be added. On the right side of the screen, you will see columns that are in the current view.
Once you have selected your columns, you can add display filters to them. For example, add a business source name.
Lastly, you can rearrange the display order of columns.
To use the new view that you have created, create a new review or edit an existing review and go to the 'Display Options' tab.
For an existing review, click on the "Display Options" tab. For a new review, see the last page of the definition where you can add the newly created Display Options.
Once you run the review, and click on 'Review Items', you will see a new tab for the new Display Option you created.
