MFA Agent for Windows v2.3 Upgrade Is Paused by Error "The following applications are using files that need to be updated"

Issue
While installing/upgrading MFA Agent v2.3 for Windows, the following error occurs and interrupts the installation process: 
"The following application are using files that need to be updated. Close these application and then click Retry to continue the installation or Cancel to exit it"

Resolution
The user can simply select 'Ignore' to finish the installation/upgrade, and the agent will continue installing without any issues.

Note: There is no need to kill the PIDs manually and restarting the installation from scratch.
