This article describes how to integrate ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus with RSA Authentication Manager using RADIUS.

  

Configure RSA Authentication Manager

Perform these steps to configure RSA Authentication Manager. 
Procedure

  1. Sign in to your RSA Security Console and click RADIUS > RADIUS Clients > Add New.
  2. In the Client Name field, enter an easy-to-recognize name for the ADSelfService Plus server.
  3. In the IP Address Type field, select IPv4 and enter the IP address of the ADSelfService Plus server.
  4. In the Make/Model drop-down list, select Standard Radius.
  5. In the Shared Secret field, enter the authentication shared secret entered in ADSelfService Plus.
  6. To save your changes, click Save and Create Associated RSA Agent.

  

Configure ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus

Perform these steps to configure ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus. 

Procedure

  1. Log in to ADSelfService Plus using admin credentials and navigate to Configuration > Self-Service > Multi-factor Authentication.
  2. In the Choose the policy drop-down list, select the policy under which the appropriate users are available.
  3. Expand the RADIUS Authentication section and enter the following information in the fields:
    1. Server Name: An easy-to-recognize name for your RSA server.
    2. Server Port number: The port number to connect to the RSA server.
    3. Server Protocol: The protocol used for communication with the RSA Authentication Manager.
    4. Secret Key: Enter a case-sensitive password that you need to enter in the RSA Security Console also.
    5. Username Pattern: A username pattern.
    6. Request Time Out: The RADIUS request timeout duration in seconds.
  4. Click Save.

 

The configuration is complete.
