Issue
When the operations console admin tries to change the LDAP configurations in the operations console and save these changes, an error is prompted "Unexpected error during command com.rsa.admin.UpdateIdentitySourceCommand execution."

Cause
The underlying reason for the issue could not be identified.
Resolution
1. Flush the Cache from the Operations console. By accessing the RSA AM Operations console > Maintenance > Flush Cache > If prompted, enter your Super Admin User ID and password, and click OK > Under Flush Cache > Select Flush all cache objects to flush all the caches, and click Flush.

2. Schedule a cleanup to remove any residual data in the RSA AM database regarding this AD.

3. Reboot the RSA AM Primary server RSA AM Operations console > Maintenance > Reboot Appliance > choose "Yes, reboot the appliance" > click on "Reboot".

4. Try to change the configurations again to make sure there is nothing stuck in the RSA AM Primary Server.
