ORA-30926: 'Unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables' at AVUSER.ARCHIVEPURGE_PKG line 839  creating an archive in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
When creating an archive .dmp file in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle using the Data Archiving utility (Admin > System > Data Management tab > Create under Archiving), the attempt fails immediately and the aveksaServer.log has the following error: 
 java.sql.SQLException: ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables

Cause
This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-84609.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle versions and/or patch levels:
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0 P01
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 
Workaround
There is a cleanup script that can workaround this issue. Please contact RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle Support for the cleanup script and mention this RSA Knowledge Base Article ID 000036071 for reference.
