'ORA-39246: cannot locate master table within provided dump files' error restoring an RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle oracle database

Issue
When restoring an RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle oracle database, the following errors occur and the restoration of the database fails:
  
ORA-39002: invalid operation
ORA-39059: dump file set is incomplete
ORA-39246: cannot locate master table within provided dump files
Cause
When a database export occurs, the first table created at the startup of the export process is a master table which maintains the location of database objects inside the dump file. This error occurs when the import cannot find this file either because the exported database dump file is corrupt or because not all the exported dump files were supplied at the time of the import, specifically the one containing the master table.

 
Resolution
If this is a non RSA-supplied database, please check with your oracle DBA.

If this is an RSA-supplied database, check the export log file (/home/oracle/AveksaExportImportDir/Export_AVDB_avuser-YYYY-MM-DD-##-##) that was generated during the database export for a list of dump files created. If multiple dump files were created, make sure all of the exported files are copied to  /home/oracle/AveksaExportImportDir for import.

If that does not resolve the issue or if there is only one dump file, then your backup is corrupt and another backup needs to be used for import.
