Patching to version 7.5.2 P04 and above shows initialization error ORA-31011: XML parsing failed in RSA Governance and Lifecycle

Issue
After patching to 7.5.2 P04 or above, the web interface shows the following initialization error.

In the patch log, it is noticed that the script ACM-113801.sql is resulting in the error.

Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following versions/patches:
  • SecurID Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2 P08
