This is a known issue in the following versions:

  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.0 P05 through P08
  • SecurID Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2
Issue
Email sent using the Send Email workflow node changes the "+" sign to "%2b" in the content as shown in the sample screenshot below.

This issue did not exist in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.0 P04 and earlier patches.
Cause
This issue was introduced in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.0 P05 due to another fix made to handle Base64 encoded embedded images in the Send Email workflow node.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following versions:
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.0 P09
  • SecurID Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2 P05
