Issue

After installing the latest appliance updater, RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle exhibits poor performance.

Cause

The database was not restarted after the appliance updater installation.

Resolution

Restart the Oracle database to complete the installation of the Oracle updates. RUn the commands in the following order:

afx stop
acm stop
acm stopdb
acm startdb
acm start
afx start
