RSA announces the availability of an update to the Data Access Governance (DAG) module for RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle.  This update upgrades your StealthAUDIT Management Platform installation from v6.3 Service Pack 2 to v7.1. This update provides several improvements to the Data Access Governance capabilities which you have licensed, including SharePoint 2013 support.

NOTE:  Before you install the StealthAUDIT 7.1 software, you must obtain a new license key from RSA.  Instructions are provided below for obtaining the license key.  It will take 2-3 business days to obtain the new license key if all of the information identified below is provided with your initial request.

Recommendation:

RSA strongly recommends that DAG customers using RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle v6.9.1 or v7.0 upgrade their DAG deployment to v7.1 of the StealthAUDIT Management Platform.  Prior to upgrading, please refer to the StealthAUDIT 7.1 installation and upgrade product documentation available in the Data Access Governance space on RSA Link.

The StealthAUDIT 7.1 release is supported with versions 6.9.1, 7.0.0 and 7.0.1 of RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle.

Obtaining a StealthAUDIT 7.1 License Key:
Before you install the StealthAUDIT 7.1 software, you must obtain a new license key from RSA. Only customers who have purchased RSA Data Access Governance and have a current maintenance contract for this product are entitled to a new license key from RSA.  Once you have the new license, you can upgrade to the StealthAUDIT 7.1 software release.

To request the new license file, please click HERE and submit a case.  To ensure efficient processing of your request, please provide the following information when submitting your case:

1. Set the “To” field to “Business Data Team Incoming”
2. Set the “GBO Type” field to “License or S/N Change Request”
3. Provide the Contact Name & Email – this is the person who will be provided updates on the status of the request
4. Provide Company name, Phone number and Country – these are required field in the form
5. Enter “DAG License Upgrade” in the “Subject” field
6. In the “Description” field enter “Requesting Data Access Governance license upgrade” as the reason.  Also make sure to include your Current License Serial Number, found on the "My Products" list for your account (under "My RSA" from RSA Link homepage).

• NOTE:  It is important that you provide your current DAG serial number to assist with the processing.

When you submit the request, you will receive a Case Number for tracking.  A confirmation email will be sent when the new license is available for download.  Please allow 2-3 business days for your request to be completed.

Obtaining Software and Documentation:

The documentation for this release is accessible under the Data Access Governance documentation space on RSA Link.  This includes a Getting Started Guide which provides guidance on the documentation and files available for this release.

Once you have the new license key file from RSA, you can access the StealthAUDIT 7.1 software via the Downloads page for any of the released versions (v6.9,   v7.0,  or  v7.0.1) on RSA Link.  At the bottom of the Downloads page, select "Additional Downloads" to be presented with a list of products that you are entitled to based on the RSA products you have purchased. Select the appropriate Data Access Governance license link to access the available software downloads. If you do not have this license in your list of products, please contact RSA Customer Support.
