Downloads are once again available for the RSA Authentication Manager 8.3 Patch 1 kit and the associated web-tier server update. The new Patch 1 kit fully resolves an issue that prevented a successful Patch 1 update on Dell-based hardware appliances.
All customers who downloaded, but did not apply Patch 1, should now download and apply the new kit.
If you have previously installed Patch 1 without encountering any issues, then no further action is required.
RSA apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks you for your patience.
