RSA has identified some technical issues with the upgrade from RSA Authentication Manager 8.3 Patch 5 to RSA Authentication Manager 8.4. RSA is temporarily suspending downloads of Patch 5 and the associated web-tier server update while we investigate and resolve these issues.
If you have already successfully applied Patch 5 or upgraded to RSA Authentication Manager 8.4, then no further action is required. You do not need to roll back Patch 5 or restore RSA Authentication Manager 8.3.
Note: From RSA Authentication Manager 8.3 Patch 5, you can upgrade to RSA Authentication Manager 8.4 by configuring an NFS share, a Windows shared directory, or a DVD/CD as an update location. Do not upload and apply version 8.4 through a web browser on your local machine.
RSA will provide more information as soon as possible. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
