Issue
When entering RSA Identify Governance and Lifecycle Password Challenge Questions "Challenge Responses" are not case sensitive.  This allows you to create challenge responses that are not unique.

Cause
This is a known issue reported in ACM-79103.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved in the following versions:

RSA Identify Governance and Lifecycle 7.0.0 please upgrade to the latest version
RSA Identify Governance and Lifecycle 7.0.1 please upgrade to the latest version
RSA Identify Governance and Lifecycle 7.0.2 P04
RSA Identify Governance and Lifecycle 7.1.0 GA version (not yet released.)

In these fix versions, if you attempt to enter the same challenge question in a different case the following warning is displayed"
  
"The same response cannot be used for more than one questions"
