Issue
When trying to import an RSA SecurID software token to an iPhone using the iOS 2.0 software token profile, the user does not get prompted for an activation code. When the user clicks on the URL in the token app, the user is navigated to a web site and nothing happens.
Cause
Importing a token via CT-KIP URL does not work using Authentication Manager Bulk Admin (AMBA) on Authentication Manager 8.2.x. This issue is described in defect AMBA-95.

Workaround
The workaround is to add a -g switch to the AMBA command to send the email with a token file instead of a CT-KIP URL and it imports successfully.

rsaadmin@slsrsa01:/opt/rsa/am/utils> ./rsautil AMBulkAdmin --ini amba.ini -g -i test.csv
The token now imports successfully.
