RSA Via Access on iOS Android adds troubleshooting logs
Originally Published: 2015-08-11
We've added the ability to send RSA Via Access application logs in RSA Via Access on iOS version 1.0.3 and Android version 1.0.2. Help desk and admins can now request that the users send these logs from their mobile app for troubleshooting.
Please note that the logs are only for the RSA Via Access mobile application and are intended to help troubleshoot any issues with the RSA Via Access mobile application's usage. They do not contain the logs of your user's activities within their accessed applications.
