RSA Via Lifecycle and Governance 7.0.x is installed, but the acm statusoem shows the Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) is not running

Issue

RSA Via Lifecycle and Governance has been installed, but the acm statusoem shows that the Oracle is not running. The Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) came with all previous versions of RSA Identity Management and Governance and Oracle 11g, Does it come with 7.0 and Oracle 12c?

For example, when using the statusoem option to the acm command, nothing is returned. The statusoracle command option shows all the Oracle services except for OEM.

Resolution

RSA Via Lifecycle and Governance 7.0 now comes with Oracle 12c. The appliance version of Oracle comes with what is now called Oracle Enterprise Manager Database Express, also referred to as Oracle EM Express (OEM Express). It is not enabled by default

To enable OEM Express on an RSA Via Lifecycle and Governance 7.0 appliance, run the command acm startoem:
