RSA Via Lifecycle and Governance (L&G) 7.0 does not start when the database time is earlier than server time

Issue
The L&G server startup unexpectedly fails indicating that the L&G server time and database time are not within 15 seconds of each other, yet the indicated times are within 15 seconds of each other.
Cause
Incorrect logic in the L&G 7.0 aveksa_server startup script does not allow the database server time to be earlier than the L&G server time.
Resolution
This error is corrected in version 7.0 patch 01.  Please install the latest available patch or service pack for 7.0.
