Axis 1.4 has a significant known bug in its handling of daylight savings time.

Resolution
AXIS's bug in the ADB (AXIS Data Binding, which is responsible for converting XML requests into java beans and vice versa) date conversions, but in RSA AA web services (WSDLs) all the date fields are defined as strings, so no conversions are made, therefore it's non issue.
In addition from version 6.0.2.1 of Adaptove Authentication we use Axis 2.0 for the Adaptive Authentication webservice.
