Issue
Error message :Unable to authenticate, Network timeout.
Cause
Resolution
1) Set an IP Address Override on RSA Web Agent.
Click Start > Settings > Control Panel, and double-click RSA Authentication Agent > On the Advanced tab, in the IP Address Override field, enter the IP address of the primary network interface of the Agent > Click Apply.
2) Create the RSA Agent on Security Console providing the same IP Address as set in the IP Address Override field.
In the Security Console, click Access > Authentication Agents > Add New.
3) Open the RSA Authentication Agent as Administrator and test the authentication.
Click Start > Settings > Control Panel, right-click RSA Authentication Agent > Select Run as Administrator > Click Main Tab > Test Authentication
4) If the authentication works, check if the Node Secret, securid file, was also created.
