Issue
In the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle user interface, go to Reviews > Results > [name of review result] > Review Items > Grouped By Business Source tab > Show all items. Note that there is no Bulk Reassign option available under the Grouped by Business Source tab which is where review items are sorted by Applications/Directories.
Resolution
The best way to bulk reassign user access review items by Application/Directory is to use a coverage file that has filters that grab all items for an Application/Directory and reassigns them to a single user. For more information on coverage files and available filters and required formatting, please see the help section in the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle User Interface (the question mark icon in the top right corner.)
In this help section you will find information on coverage file configuration options complete with examples.
Once you have configured your coverage file, edit the definition of the review results and go to the reviewers tab and upload the coverage file.
