Issue
- When a User Review is defined to allow Reviewers to review their own entitlements.
- The review has Sign-Off enabled for Supervisors only.
- Supervisors have their own entitlements to review.
- The ReminderMailToReviewers Email Template has the To field defined as either Reviewers With Reviewed Items To Sign-Off or Reviewers With Open Items To Sign-Off.
- The reviewer (Supervisor) has signed off on all entitlements that they are allowed to sign-off on (all but their own) and therefore have completed the review.
Cause
Resolution
Sign-off is an option available in early releases of RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle and is being deprecated. Starting in 7.1.0, sign-off is available only when using the legacy view of a User Review. Although available in other review types, there are no plans to maintain the sign-off option. Users are encouraged to define multi-step reviews to replace the sign-off functionality.
