Rule doesnt kick off after unification using RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle

Issue
- A rule is configured to run after unification, but doesn't kick off when using identity collectors on scheduler.
- If collectors are run manually, the rule is processed as expected.
Cause
Resolution
- Go to Collector > Scheduling and click Edit on the top.
- Change the Unification Schedule by selecting Yes and selecting desired values.
