Issue
Run history data is missing under the Custom Task workflow history tab in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle.

Under the Developer Tools Network tab, the request shows as pending and never seems to load.

Cause
Root cause for this issue was never determined.
Resolution
Restart RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle on WebLogic.
