This section outlines general User Login experience with integration of SailPoint IdentityIQ End User Logon Experience with RSA SecurID.

Before you begin:

Ensure the integration outlined has been completed.

Procedure

Authentication Manager Administration

User Logon Experiences

1. Login with Password (AM or Cloud)

   

    

2. Login with PIN + Tokencode . ie 8899 + 63076067

   

    

   

    

3. System Generated New PIN (AM) then Tokencode

   

    

   

    

   

    

   

    

   

    

4. Next Tokencode (AM)

   1. If pin is set for token and nexttokenCode is enabled against token

      

       

      

       

      

       

      

       

      

       

   2. If pin is not set for token and nexttokenCode is enabled against token

      

       

      

       

      

       

      

       

5. Authentication Method Selection (Cloud)

1. Allow PIN requirement to be set per token. By default, require tokens have an associated PIN. See #1.

2. Set all tokens to nore require a PIN (token only mode)
