Issue
SharePoint entitlements do not show under the Resources > Application > Application name > Access tabs in RSA Via Lifecycle and Governance, as shown below:

Cause
SharePoint entitlements are Data Access Governance (DAG) entitlements.  DAG resources show under Data Resource Sets (Data Access > Data Resource Sets) and not under Applications (Resources > Applications).


 
Resolution
Collect users under directories and accounts; and groups and all entitlements except DAG entitlements under applications. DAG resources, permissions, and entitlements are collected under Data Resource Sets.

Map the permissions of the DAG resources to users, groups and accounts that have been collected under Directories and Applications (Resources tab) and these appear under the DAG Resource Set (Data Access tab).
