Status of "Step 11: Verify account attributes synchronization" is always Not Started in SecurID Governance & Lifecycle

This is a known issue in the following versions:

  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.x
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.0
  • SecurID Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2
Issue
The status for Step 11: Verify account attributes synchronization in the Change Verification data run of Account Collectors is always set to Not Started, regardless of whether or not Attribute Synchronization is configured.  All other tasks' status show Completed for a successful Change Verification data run.

The status Not Started for Step 11 of the Change Verification data run does not reflect a collection failure.

Cause
Step 11 (Verify account attributes synchronization) in Change Verification did not carry out any function and hence the status always showed Not Started.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following versions, where Step 11 in Change Verification has been removed and the remaining steps have been re-numbered:
  • SecurID Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2 P06
  • SecurID Governance & Lifecycle 7.6.0
