Issue
Token import fails with an error: "Error Occurred Token import unsuccessful. Try again, or contact your IT Help Desk" in SecurID Token 3.0 on iPhones.
Cause
This issue has been reported in defect SWTIPHONE-315.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved in SecurID Token 3.0.2
