Issue
- All RSA Authentication Manager services are listed as running.
- An administrator has generated a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) for the Web Tier and has successfully imported a Signed Virtual Host Certificate.
- Attempting to activate a Virtual Host Certificate fails with the following error:
Authentication Manager is unable to activate your selected certificate at this time. Ensure that all Authentication Manager services are started, and try again.
Resolution
Refer to the documentation on how to reboot the appliance for steps on rebooting the RSA Authentication Manager server.
