Unable to install the RSA Authentication Manager Web Tier on Microsoft Windows server; receiving the following error:

Configuration step WebtierBootstrapper:installAll [FAILED]
Cause
The admin user ID (i.e., _Admini$!$!) contains special characters causing the installation to fail.

[java] The directory path "C:\Users\_Admini$!$!\AppData\Local\Temp\2\OraInstall2019-06-10_03-33-04AM" contains invalid characters.
Resolution
  1. Uninstall the agent, referencing knowledge article 000031079 - "Online, Reinstall Required" message on web tier even after reinstalling with the new RSA Authentication Manager 8.x web tier SP1 patch 2 package
  2. Change the admin account to one that does not contain special character(s). 
  3. Reinstall the web tier as admin or as different user account and type in the user that does not contain special character(s).
