Unable to Install/Upgrade RSA MFA agent for Microsoft Windows

Issue
- When the RSA MFA Agent for Microsoft windows MSI installer is run - It opens an Upgrade Wizard.
- Clicking on Next - MFA agent fails to Install/upgrade. The message "Upgrade stopped" "Your system has not been modified, To upgrade the RSA MFA Agent at a later time, run the upgrade again" is shown.
- When searching for "RSA" MFA Agent software does not show up in the Installed Apps list (Apps & features), or the Add/Remove Programs (appwiz.cpl) list.
- Right-click the msi file and try to either Repair or Uninstall, fails with message - "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed."
- A manual uninstall through PowerShell fails.

Cause
wmic product get name - Is run from Powershell
Resolution
Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed

The troubleshooter provides steps for you to follow.
Once complete - run the RSA MFA Agent for Windows MSI, the installer would now open the - Install Wizard and be able to install the software successfully.
