Issue
To set Authoritative source navigate to Collectors -> Unification Config -> Attribute sources -> Edit -> You will find the list of user data model attributes -> Select from the drop down the appropriate collector to be the authoritative source.
If an authoritative source for a user attribute is not specified, then it would seem that RSA Via L&G( IMG ) Collectors would follow the processing order of the collector to find the value for this attribute . However this is not the default product behavior.
Tasks
If there is no authoritative source, RSA Via L&G( IMG ) will take the value from the first collector in the processing order
Even if the value there is null.
Resolution
If you need the unification to assign the value to the attribute set the collector that extracts the most significant value for that attribute.
