Issue
Administrators Guide pages 109, 142
The instruction for managing Aveksa Application Role Grants Directly(page 109) and View Aveksa Application Roles Privileges for a User(page 142) are not correct in Administrators Guide page 109 and page 142. Also, the Help menu (button) in the application UI contains the same instructions. These instructions are fixed in Via L&G 7.0 Documentation.
Currently the Administrators Guide reads:
Important: The Admin > System> Settings > User Privileges Tab
Resolution
1. Admin -> User Interface -> Settings
2. In the Settings page click on the Edit button and scroll down until you find Other Features section.
3. click on the option button next to On and click OK
4. Go to Users menu and click on any user and check to make sure the Privileges Tab is available next to the Requests tab.
5. In the Privileges Tab you will be able to Add Various Aveksa Application Role for the selected user.
Note: It is important to note that the above task would need to be performed by the System Administrator.
