Resolution
- Confirm that the RSA SecurID Authentication Agent for Web for Internet Information Services (IIS) is installed on a supported version of the web server.
- Ensure that the RSA SecurID Authentication Agent for Web for Internet Information Services (IIS) meets all hardware and operating system requirements. See page 17 and 18 of the RSA Authentication Agent 8.0 for Web for IIS 7.5, 8.0, 8.5, and 10 Installation and Configuration Guide .
- See the pre installation tasks on page 20 of the RSA Authentication Agent 8.0 for Web for IIS 7.5, 8.0, 8.5, and 10 Installation and Configuration Guide .
- Microsoft Windows Server 2012 comes prepackaged with .NET 4.5, Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 comes prepackaged with .NET 4.5.1. Microsoft Windows Server 2016 includes the .NET Framework 4.6.2 as an operating system component, and it is installed by default except in the Server Core configuration.
- The RSA SecurID Authentication Agent for Web requires .NET Framework 3.5. For the configuration page to show, you must install .NET Framework 3.5 before installing the RSA SecurID Authentication Agent for Web.
