Customer wants to verify if there are any files or folders that an anti0virus scanner may pick up as false positives for the RSA Authentication Agent 7.4.x for Windows install folder> They are looking to exclude those directories from being scanned by Mcafee/EPO.
 
Resolution
On the workstation running the RSA Authentication Agent 7.4.6 for Windows, the following data would be modified and may cause false positives with McAfee:
  • Any Authentication Agent logs directory that you define in the Control Center under Advanced Tools > Tracing. By default, this is C:\ProgramData\RSA\LogFiles.
  • The sdstatus.12, and
  • The offline days directory
