Re-enrolling for a certificate

Cause
A standard user using the Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser on a Windows XP system does not have sufficient privileges to download and run the required plug-in component
Resolution
This is a security restriction placed on the machine, and is the default setting for the machine. Contact your systems administrator to have the security policy changed for either the user or the machine to allow the individual to carry out the specified task.
