Unauthorized message for Drop Down Select with Web Service in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
The RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle Request Form Control Type Drop-down Select with Web Service returns an Unauthorized message when used against the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle Web Services API.
The following INFO level log message is logged in the aveksaServer.log file:
11/02/2021 09:05:36.179 INFO (default task-14) [com.aveksa.server.command.CommandManager] Access denied for command findAccounts from 10.10.10.10
Cause
This is a known issue introduced in the following versions:
- RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.0 P08
- RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.1 P04
Resolution
- RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.0 P09 HF05 (Note)
- RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.1 P08
- RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.0
- RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2
Note: Customers on RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle version 7.2.0 are encouraged to upgrade to a later version where this is resolved.
