Chapter 10 of the RSA RM 6.6 Administrators Guide has instructions on how to set-up autovetting of requests.

The section on 'To modify the Target CA's LDAP ACL rules' (starting page 93)  includes the following lines:

• "Note: This modification must be done by someone who has access to the Administration Server of the target Registration Manager installation."

• "1. On the System Configuration Workbench of the target RegistrationManager installation, click LDAP rules."

• "5. Restart Registration Manager services."

In each of these three lines, substitute "Certificate Manager" for  "Registration Manager"
