Issue
When Jurisdiction settings are changed on the Certificate Manager, e.g., e-mail notification, they are not replicated to the Registration Manager
Cause
Resolution
- On the RRM administration interface go to "System Configuration Workbench" and select "Synchronize Target Jurisdiction"
