Issue
XrcWRITEFAILURE error when creating a CRL after upgrading RSA Certificate Manager
Upgraded RSA Certificate Manager (RCM) from 6.5 to 6.6 release. After upgrade everything started fine and administrator can access the RCM Admin console. When trying to create a CRL for one of the CAs, getting the above error. Other CA's can generate CRL with no problem.  Also certificate request can be made without a problem and certificate can be signed for the CA in question.
Cause
During the upgrade, the Delta CRLs for the CA in question were not updated properly with CRL Number, thisUpdate, nextUpdate, etc.
Resolution
The upgrader code has been modified to fix the issue. This new upgrader binary is included in RCM 6.6 build 307 Hot Fix package. Contact RSA Customer Support or visit RSA SecurCare Online to obtain the fix.
Workaround
Upgraded KCA 6.5 to RCM 6.6
